Forging Academic Partnership for Internationalization: UP welcomes Dr. Eing Ming Wu

Dr. Eing Ming Wu, the Executive Director of Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association and the Chair Professor of Shu-Te University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, visited the campus of the University of the Philippines – Diliman (UPD) on September 5, 2022. 

The UP System and Southern Universities Alliance have been cultivating the concept of Philippine-Taiwan Bayanihan Advantages for Asian Inclusive Education and Development through Industry-City-University-Entrepreneurship (ICUE) Linkages.

He was welcomed by the UP System and UP Diliman Officials. In his academic visit, he went to the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) and the College of Engineering (CoE).

Dr. Wu met with the Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Cynthia Rose B. Bautista, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs Research and Development and Resource Management, Dr. Mary Delia G. Tomacruz, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs for Internationalization and UP Office of International Linkages (UP OIL) Director Imee Su Martinez, NCPAG College Dean Dan A. Saguil, College of Engineering Dean Dr. Maria Antonia N. Tanchuling, Dr. Maria Fe Villamejor-Mendoza, Dr. Ebinezer R. Florando, and  Dr. Alex Brillantes Jr.

Dr. Wu is expected to serve his Visiting Professorship at the UP NCPAG in February 2023.
