University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG), recently led a Group Dynamics and Capacity Building workshop for the University of the Philippines Office of International Linkages (UP OIL). The session, held on March 14, 2024, with Dr. Imee Su Martinez, UP System OIL Director, provided a platform for participants to delve into the intricacies of effective governance practices.
The second session held last April 19 involved participants sharing posters, which served as a conduit for fostering a shared understanding and mutual inspiration within the workplace. This collaborative exercise not only encouraged participants to articulate their values but also facilitated meaningful exchanges that furthered their commitment to serving the nation with integrity and motivation.
By upholding these shared values and principles, participants emerged from the workshop equipped with a renewed sense of purpose and a heightened dedication to advancing good governance practices. Dr. Wu’s expertise and guidance proved instrumental in fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth, underscoring the importance of continuous capacity building in the pursuit of effective governance.
